This one I'm of two minds of.

First, the cynic in me is thinking that it's on the company intranet and it's their way of saying, don't expect a bonus this year, nor much of a pay raise.

But second, there's really not much about it that I can argue with. Far too many people hold money near and dear to their hearts. There is so much MORE to life than that.
