Well, in this case I am "IT" but I'm trying to be intelligent "IT" and look at what real users like. I've been bit too often by too many projects that are bought before folks looked at what all was available. I do think they are looking at blackboard, but they start to suffering a bit of sticker shock when they look at it too closely...
